The All-America City Award application consists of two parts: instructions and questions. The completed questions are to be submitted to NCL, while the instructions are simply meant to serve as a reference guide for the use of the communities. Please read the instructions themselves for more information.

Additionally, you may request for $10 (plus shipping and handling) that the application and instructions be sent to you in both paper format and on a CD-ROM in electronic format. Please visit our online store to purchase these materials.
