2003 All-America City Award

How to Obtain the 2003 Application and Instructions

The All-America City Award application consists of two parts: instructions and questions. The completed questions are to be submitted to NCL, while the instructions are simply meant to serve as a reference guide for the use of the communities. Please read the instructions themselves for more information.

To get a copy of the application, please choose from one of the following options:

1. Download an electronic copy (free)
2. Request an electronic copy by email (free)
3. Request a paper copy by mail (free)
4. Request an electronic copy and bonus materials on CD-ROM by mail ($10)

 

1. Download an electronic copy

To download a copy of the 2003 AAC application and instructions, please fill out the following contact information, then click on the "next" button:

2. Request an electronic copy by email

To request electronic application materials by email, send an email to aac@ncl.org with the following information:

• Your name
• Your contact information (address, phone, and fax, if possible)
• Your community's name
• Desired application file format: Adobe Acrobat (pdf), Microsoft Word (doc), or Rich Text (rtf)

 

3. Request a paper copy by mail

To request that the application and instructions be sent to you by mail, please contact AAC program staff at NCL by emailing aac@ncl.org, or by calling 303-571-4343.

 

4. Request an electronic copy on CD-ROM by mail

Additionally, you may request for $10 (plus shipping and handling) that the application and instructions be sent to you in both paper format and on a CD-ROM in electronic format. Please visit our online store to purchase these materials.
