Delray Beach, FL - "The residents of Delray Beach should be commended for their efforts," said Delray Beach Mayor David Schmidt. "The three projects highlighted in our application are examples of the many collaborations and projects that are being carried out throughout the town. Our community has lots of challenges and opportunities and we are willing to work together to resolve them. This award encourages us to keep doing what we're doing."

South Miami, FL - "South Miami has always been a winner in the way it serves its constituents and we are honored and excited to know that we are being recognized for that with such a prestigious award, which we know will bring an incredible sense of civic pride to our community. We want to thank everyone who has made South Miami an All-America City," said South Miami Mayor, Julio Robaina.

Fort Dodge, IA - "This award is a celebration of all the hard work, collaboration and the dedication of hundreds of empowered citizens in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who believed they could make a difference and did!" said Randy Kuhlman, Executive Director of the Community Action Network.

Ocean City, MD - "The Town of Ocean City is extremely proud to be an All-America City," said Ocean City Mayor Jim Mathias. "Our citizens have worked together to achieve this award and we are truly honored to be recognized for our accomplishments. Ocean City's citizens, its businesses, government and non-profit organizations are always ready to roll up our sleeves and pitch in for the betterment of the community. Having the title of All-America City on our mantle illustrates our achievements and inspires us for our future endeavors."

Independence, MO - "I am proud that the City of Independence has been named an All-America City," said Independence Mayor Rondell Stewart. "The community's leaders and citizens can take great pride in seeing Independence recognized at this national level." Mayor Stewart continued, "Just making the final 30 cut was an honor. This recognition illustrates the positive and dynamic spirit of our community and its residents, and that their visions and desires are resulting in real, tangible improvements."

Bozeman, MT - "Ever since its pioneer beginnings, Bozeman has relied on innovative partnerships between volunteers and institutions to meet local needs," comments Mayor Marcia Youngman of Bozeman, Montana. "We're very proud 15 collaborative projects initiated in our small community in recent years are acknowledged as national or regional models, and we're delighted to be honored as an All-America City."

Brownsville, TX - "We believe that Brownsville, Texas is one of the finest communities in the United States," said Brownsville Mayor Blanca Sanchez Vela. "Our government, businesses and organizations work hard together to provide us an outstanding quality of life and create a bright future for our young people. However, nowhere in the 150-year history of our city have we been recognized and honored in the way the National Civic League has done today."
