The Casa Otonal Intergenerational Community Campus, which consists
of a 104-unit apartment building, a renovated historical house, is the site
of child development training programs, a community center, a three-family
house with apartments for grandparents raising their grandchildren, and a
strong thrift shop, has become a vital force for neighborhood change. The
International Festival of Arts & Ideas creates, manages and facilitates
intergenerational community programs that empower City neighborhoods through
arts participation, reflecting their diverse identities and focusing on social
and economic regeneration. School-Based Health Centers, is an initiative
that improves the health of the City's youngest citizens by calling on the
expertise of New Haven's acclaimed health care providers, who are committed
